Job Summary
An e-learning company has an open position for a Telecommute Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer in Indianapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design eLearning, vILT, ILT, performance support materials, and other materials
- Interview SMEs to collect content
- Research and create content based on client brand
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel onsite on occasion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years in an educational, corporate training, or professional services environment
- Experience with eLearning and multimedia technologies
- 5+ years implementing adult learning principles
- Ability to blend and implement multiple instructional modalities including vILT, ILT, eLearning
