Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Instructional Designer and Learning Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Consulting with business partners to match organizational needs with appropriate solutions
- Identifying and validating content to be used in instructional materials based on input from subject matter experts or key performers
- Designing and developing tools to evaluate learning results and business impact
Required Skills:
- Travel: Yes, 25% of the Time
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience creating e-learning using and Articulate Storyline and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines
- Computer proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, LMS
- Experience with virtual facilitation tools, (Skype for Business, and/or WebEx)
