Job Summary

A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Instructional Designer in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Help the Operations team on a few projects
  • Make a set of courses more engaging
  • Create an analysis and assessment on another set of courses in order to create facilitation guides and user guides for instructor-led training

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning, or related field
  • Experience with Articulate 360 or Storyline 3; must own license
  • Experience creating instructor-led new hire curriculum, assessments, and course analysis
  • Previous experience in the Finance or Banking industry
  • Experience working with Subject Matter Experts, Stakeholders, and Executives
