A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Instructional Designer in Columbus.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving feedback from the current facilitators that will help you redesign the program, making it more engaging
  • Breaking the course down in to topic-based modules

Position Requirements Include:

  • Previous experience redesigning training programs
  • 10+ years of Instructional Design experience
  • Prior experience building management and soft skills related training
  • Experience building interactive classroom-based courses
