Job Summary
A financial service company is in need of a Telecommute Instructional Designer in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and developing instructor-led, e-learning, video, blended, and other training content
- Ensuring that instructional design principles and industry standards are adhered to in all phases of design
- Assessing and maintaining quality of training content throughout the process
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding and ability to work with a learning management system (LMS)
- Proven project management capabilities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge and ability with e-learning tools and blended learning methodologies
- Extensive background in and knowledge of available learning technologies and design trends
- Experience with Articulate Storyline software
