Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Instructional Designer in Tampa.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participate in learning and development for client projects
• Utilize experience in current design methods to complete required tasks
• Develop projects using Adobe and similar applications

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of methodology and best practices in both Learning and Development and Instructional Development
• Proven experience in the areas of current design methods, micro learning, gamification and social learning
• Proficiency in industry-standard Adobe CC applications, including Captivate, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• A strong focus on micros learning
• Demonstrated working knowledge of modern eLearning tools
• Extensive knowledge and experience using PowerPoint
