Job Summary

A customer service provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Instructional Designer in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Designing, developing, and authoring appropriate business process and systems training programs
• Interviewing subject matter experts to design training programs
• Designing courseware that enables the student to achieve the stated outcomes

Qualifications Include:

• Travel – 20-25% Ability to travel to client locations and to corporate offices in Denver and Tampa
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Instructional Design or related field
• 3-4 years instructional design experience (business process/system training, and/or Higher ED preferred)
• Knowledge of and deep experience in adult learning theory and current educational methodologies
• Demonstrated and thorough knowledge of state-of-the-art e-learning platforms
• All other requirements necessary for this position
