Job Summary

A jewelry company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Instructional Designer in Wilington.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing course objective plans through SME interviews and building a deep understanding of the subject matter, and develop and produce all aspects of the courses
• Producing course support materials such as presentation visuals, written and asynchronous materials, and evaluation methods

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's Degree; instructional design degree or certificate a plus
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in curriculum development / course design / instructional design for corporate environments with instructor-led training
• Experience with sales and customer service-focused instructional design strongly preferred
• Experience with learning theory and instructional technologies
• Proficiency using eLearning development tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and be flexible
