Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Instructional Designer Learning Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, developing, and delivering training tools and programs for designated audiences
- Using a disciplined instructional design approach to create learning solutions
- Managing the project from initiation to closure
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or Learning & Development
- Prior experience working with subject matter experts to design curriculum
- Computer literate
- 2-3 years technical expertise in virtual training delivery, authoring tools and multiple instructional design platforms
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems
