Job Summary

IT service management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Instructional Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Selecting instructional media, materials, and equipment best suited to meet learning objectives
• Planning and accomplishing production of all instructional materials
• Identifying the relationship between training deficiencies and training system modification requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Education or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience as a curriculum designer or developer
• 2-5 years of related instructional development experience
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
• Ability to collaborate with training managers and Learning Site personnel
• Ability to align identified tasks and skills to learning objectives which are observable and measurable
• Knowledge of instructional design practices and the study of the principles and techniques used in designing training programs, developing design strategy and models, and applying design methods to the improvement of instructional effectiveness
