A workforce accelerator is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Instructional Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading full life cycle recruiting from planning, sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Publishing job ads on career pages, job boards and social networks
  • Identifying candidate prospects from a wide variety of sourcing streams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of work experience as an agency recruiter or similar role
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Greenhouse, and comfortable navigating Excel
