An online educational institution has a current position open for a Telecommute Instructional Technology Dissertation Committee Member.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving on doctoral candidates’ dissertation committees as a member or a chair
- Reviewing candidate dissertation drafts and providing substantive feedback and guidance
- Supporting candidates in completing necessary doctoral processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Terminal degree in a field associated with the doctoral programs
- Evidence of professional research and/or scholarly endeavors and expertise in the field
- Capable of interpreting and writing an analysis of sophisticated educational research documents
- Ability to use or learn how to use appropriate technology
- Practices appropriate relationships with students, colleagues, staff, and administrators
- Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite applications proficiently
