An education company is filling a position for a Telecommute Instructor Casting Director.

• Running the overall casting process for courses
• Educating & inspiring the most talented academic communicators and instructors in the world to collaborate with our company
• Creating pitch decks to aid in instructor casting prospects

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5-10 years of experience in casting/talent booking
• Passion for updating the education system and making online learning more fun, accessible, and cost-effective
• Someone who has experience with operationalizing casting processes (including auditions)
• A person, who in no time at all, is able to build a rolodex of viable and suitable options for potential on-screen roles
• Experienced in building and pitching creative decks to share opportunities to prospective talent
