Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Insurance Adjustment Claims Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing adjustment requests to determine if re-adjudication of claim is required
  • Preparing and entering adjustment
  • Participating in identifying opportunities for overall process improvements

Position Requirements Include:

  • 12-18 months experience in claims processing experience
  • Understanding of managed care concepts
  • Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-9 (ICD-10), HCPCS coding guidelines
  • Basic problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task
