Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Insurance Adjustment Claims Processor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing adjustment requests to determine if re-adjudication of claim is required
- Preparing and entering adjustment
- Participating in identifying opportunities for overall process improvements
Position Requirements Include:
- 12-18 months experience in claims processing experience
- Understanding of managed care concepts
- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-9 (ICD-10), HCPCS coding guidelines
- Basic problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task
