Job Summary

Client in insurance industry just converted to a cloud-based CRM, AgencyPro, and needs to set up various features, configure the system and populate data/files/records.
--Upload all agency/client files and correspondence to cloud based version
--Integrate all functions relative to client management eg email, invoicing,
--Set up reports and dashboard to track KPIs and pending/priority work
--Set up email management
--Set up invoicing and payment system
--Teach agency owner a more efficient process for using the tool

Once up and running, review CRM system capabilities to separate subscriptions client has such as Docusign & Adobe Pro. Some may no longer be needed if AgnecyPro duplicates the functionality..

Initial work is a 2 week project to get set up and educate client on the new tool. Continuing work could include general admin support for maybe 15 - 20 hours a week. For example, support adding PayPal button to Wix website. Appears to be 7 straightforward steps to accomplish.
