Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Insurance Agent Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Develop business relationships with entrepreneurs looking to open their own business
- Administer agent referral program as developed by the Company
- Implement multiple active recruiting systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years applicable insurance agency/sales or recruiting experience
- Ability to develop and maintain networking relationships and centers of influence
- Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to carry up to 30lbs
