Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider is seeking a Telecommute Insurance and Benefits Decision Technologies Analytics Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Drive business stakeholder buy-in for data consumption, operationally and analytically
Discuss data transformation, integration, and reporting requirements with both technical and non-technical audiences
Define your team's analytics strategy in partnership with Leadership across the organization

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 8+ years hands-on experience acting as a Data Engineer, BI Analyst or Data Scientist
Experience with analytics programming languages (SQL/R/Python)
Experience with modern BI toolsets (Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, or equivalent)
Strong problem solving, programming and project management skills
Ability to develop, coach and lead technical staff
