Job Summary

A transportation member organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Insurance and Membership Services Customer Service Representative in Costa Mesa.

Must be able to:

  • Provide first call resolution with insight and product knowledge.
  • Exceed member expectations by providing first call resolution with insight and product knowledge
  • Engage and educate our members who will look to your expertise for solutions and advice on their relevant needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Attend a new hire training and onboarding program at our Costa Mesa Contact Center
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written/verbal/computer skills
  • Must meet and exceed performance-based goals
