Job Summary
A transportation member organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Insurance and Membership Services Customer Service Representative in Costa Mesa.
Must be able to:
- Provide first call resolution with insight and product knowledge.
- Exceed member expectations by providing first call resolution with insight and product knowledge
- Engage and educate our members who will look to your expertise for solutions and advice on their relevant needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend a new hire training and onboarding program at our Costa Mesa Contact Center
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent written/verbal/computer skills
- Must meet and exceed performance-based goals
