A healthcare services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Insurance and Patient Receivables Collector in Southfield.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Review EOB's, remits and payer correspondence
- Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
- Document in the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account
Position Requirements Include:
- High school education or GED required
- Minimum one year related experience required
- Must be able to promptly resolve pending claims
- Must be able to work with patients and guarantors
