Job Summary
A hiring company is filling a position for a Telecommute Insurance and Risk Management Senior Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Source, interview, and qualify Claims Reps for liability, employment and auto industries
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting which includes advanced direct sourcing capabilities
- Managing daily information, candidate data tracking in an ATS (Taleo), resolving problems, participating in client meetings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Open to some travel (<5%)
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Previous experience with managing openings using Taleo ATS
- Must possess sufficient level of technological-savvy as working with different clients requires the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills and attention to detail
