Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Insurance Business Systems Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing analysis and serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements
- Supporting, compiling, and reporting key information
- Supporting customers who are experiencing issues with software applications
Position Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- OR HS diploma/GED with 2+ years equivalent experience
- Experience using Clinical Software
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes
