Job Summary
A cloud contact center and provider of customer service software solutions is in need of a Telecommute Insurance Claims Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receive calls for insurance claims
- Collect the caller’s information, enter it into the computer, and provide them with accurate information about what to expect during the claims process
- Make a connection with callers, empathize, and show compassion to people who are upset, and remain emotionally strong
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous insurance claims experience
- Desire to be your own boss and to work remotely
- Desire to self-schedule a minimum of 15 self-scheduled 30-minute blocks per week or 60 self-scheduled 30-minute blocks per month
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to jump in and work more when a large storm or natural disaster occurs
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to use a personal smartphone and/or tablet to complete a 2-part verification for access to the client systems
