Job Summary
An insurance claims services company is seeking a Telecommute Insurance Claims Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing new technologies to improve the efficiency of our customer success team
- Using data to articulate current and future planning and reporting on successes and opportunities
- Coaching and mentoring managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years in contact center leadership experience
- 3+ years process and project management experience
- Understanding of best in class Customer Success technologies
- Ability to use data to identify problems and potential solutions
