Job Summary

An insurance claims services company is seeking a Telecommute Insurance Claims Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing new technologies to improve the efficiency of our customer success team
  • Using data to articulate current and future planning and reporting on successes and opportunities
  • Coaching and mentoring managers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years in contact center leadership experience
  • 3+ years process and project management experience
  • Understanding of best in class Customer Success technologies
  • Ability to use data to identify problems and potential solutions
  • Ability to implement new technologies to improve the efficiency of our customer success team
  • Ability to coach and mentor managers
