Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Insurance Claims Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Approving and making more complex claim management related financial decisions
- Building organizational capability within their assigned area(s) of responsibility
- Completing regular quality audits of assigned area(s) of responsibility claim/team members' work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Claims that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
