An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Insurance Client Services Consultant in Springfield.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations activities of our strategic distribution business
- Acting as liaison between external partners and internal teams
- Owning and driving to resolution all firm back office and wholesaler escalated service issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of insurance industry experience
- Strong knowledge of annuity, life, disability, long-term care, and hybrid insurance products
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines
- Relationship management skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
