Job Summary
A financial services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Insurance Contact Center Representative I.
Must be able to:
- Deliver personalized service and respond to a variety of product questions
- Practice de-escalation techniques to enhance the overall member experience
- Solicit and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for customer service improvements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree
- Typically requires minimum 1-2 years experience
