Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Insurance Customer Service Agent in Salt Lake City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues through the use of desktop applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
