Job Summary

An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Insurance Customer Service Agent in Salt Lake City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues through the use of desktop applications
