Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with daily call volume
  • Providing accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Ensuring customer needs are met on every interaction

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must remain in current role for at least 9 months
  • Type at least 30 WPM consistently
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
