Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Telecommute Insurance Division Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring client success through the accurate and timely delivery of data
- Sponsoring and Managing Client Relationships
- Assisting the recruiting department in the selection, interviewing and hiring of new staff
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10-15 year’s experience in leading a cross-functional and collaborative team
- Industry expertise (i.e. asset class knowledge, insurance, and investment management)
- Ability to manage people, projects and tasks effectively
- Passion, Perseverance, and Accountability with an innate desire to drive client success
- Experience managing managers
