Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Insurance Enrollment Specialist in Chanhassen.

Must be able to:

• Perform data entry of patient information in dedicated software
• Update patient records based on information received from providers/case managers
• Report enrollment and activation status to supervising on a weekly basis

Required Skills:

• Ability to make courtesy calls to patients
• Ability to identify when additional resources may needed to be applied to fulfill enrollment
• Ability to perform software debugging
• Ability to make improvement/efficiency suggestions
• Ability to provide feedback on new products
• Ability to send out program overview mailers to new enrollees
