Job Summary
An insurance and financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Insurance Financial Analyst Associate Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting senior consultants in the development of job fam and career path leveling and job descriptions
- Participating in client meetings (virtual/online) from time to time
- Providing support in the market pricing, design, development, and administration of our client's compensation programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a quantitative field or
- Experience can supplement or replace education
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or compensation leveraging salary surveys
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and technical skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
