An insurance brokerage company has a current position open for a Telecommute Insurance Help Desk Technician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining and updating technical knowledge
  • Handling customer incidents, requests, and complaints
  • Executing and monitoring batch jobs in accordance with operational schedule

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate’s degree in computer science or related field or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of IT system maintenance experience with an emphasis in network and desktop support
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interface with both technical and business team members at all levels within an organization
