Job Summary

A global insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Insurance Innovation Enablement Scrum Master II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing scrum process and coach the team(s) on how best to use scrum and Agile practices
  • Facilitating transparency, inspection, and adaption
  • Managing interdependencies between agile teams

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc )
  • 5 years related experience
  • Experience being on multiple Agile teams in a variety of different contexts
  • Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives
  • Track record of continued and recent education in Lean-Agile including training, conferences, user groups, cohorts, self-study, etc
