Job Summary
An insurance and benefits provider is in need of a Telecommute Insurance Legal Counsel Investment Assistant Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a legal advisor to our investment portfolio managers
- Provide legal analysis and advice to our investment portfolio managers
- Work with asset management team to address legal issues relating to real estate properties
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one state
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in a law firm or a law department at a financial institution
- Knowledge of the state and federal regulatory environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with key constituents across the enterprise
- Ability to demonstrate complex problem solving and analytical skills
