Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Insurance Litigation Auditor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing each case file for required documentation
  • Analyzing the litigation stage of each case
  • Determining the anticipated timeframe of case resolution and likely outcome

Required Skills:

  • Must have 10+ years of experience as an insurance defense attorney
  • Extensive experience in managing case files for an insurance carrier
  • Understanding of what the carrier and claims department needs to see in the file
  • Experience in-house, managing attorneys across multiple jurisdictions or working on claims in-house at an insurance carrier
