Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Insurance Underwriting Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting, reviewing, and entering rating information into the system
- Contacting agents and follows up for missing information
- Reviewing and processing endorsements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- One year of underwriting support experience
- Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm with accurate data entry
- Good personal computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions
