Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Telecommute Intake Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Enter referrals within allotted timeframe as established
- Work with local branch leadership to ensure appropriate inventory/services are provided
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner and assists caller
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Are responsible for working with community referral sources
- Must be able to navigate through multiple online EMR systems to obtain applicable documentation
- Must be an expert at payer guidelines and reading clinical documentation
- Can work with verification team to ensure all needs are met for both teams
