Job Summary
A substance abuse recovery organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Intake Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the client liaison for all incoming intake calls to the organization
- Scheduling initial intake appointment utilizing EMR
- Facilitating seamless client intake; coordinate client no-shows with clinic coordinators
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in human services/healthcare or customer service professional role
- Able to work a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shift 7am-7pm
- Are required to work 2 holidays per year which you will be paid time and a half
