Telecommute Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A substance abuse recovery organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Intake Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as the client liaison for all incoming intake calls to the organization
• Scheduling initial intake appointment utilizing EMR
• Facilitating seamless client intake; coordinate client no-shows with clinic coordinators

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
• Minimum 1-year experience in human services/healthcare or customer service professional role
• Able to work a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shift 7am-7pm
• Are required to work 2 holidays per year which you will be paid time and a half
