A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Intake Specialist in the Coshocton Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Work independently to manage a caseload of Ohio Home Care consumers covering several counties
• Conduct program assessments using program and CareStar identified tools

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Field Based
• 12 months experience in home and community based services within the past 5 years
• Active license as RN
