Job Summary
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Telecommute Integration Reliability Technician.
Must be able to:
- Provide intermediate level LAN, VLAN and networking support
- Assist with DNS, subnets, DHCP, firewalls, switch configuration, and default gateways
- Provide assistance with hardware testing validation and troubleshooting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 10%
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three years of experience in hardware support required
- Two years of experience in working with complex networking and server administration required
- Three years of experience in working in a remote troubleshooting environment required
- Understanding of IT protocols and security
