- Developing and driving integration partnership strategy and execution
- Negotiating contracts and secure new integration partners
- Identifying and evaluating new potential integration partners across various verticals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in growth / partnerships / business development
- Experience in the HRtech, fintech or software/technology industry
- Proven experience leading a partner GTM strategy;
- Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, sales and partnering skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing
- Prior experience with CRM, PRM, and marketing automation tools
