Job Summary
A food and beverage company has an open position for a Telecommute Intellectual Property Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and providing oversight of all intellectual property matters
- Acting as the intellectual property advisor and strategist to senior management and the R&D team
- Working with and manage with outside counsel
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience practicing intellectual property strategy and creation in a field relevant to this position
- Experience in handling complex IP matters for consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food ingredient companies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate complex issues clearly and succinctly
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced degree in biology, biochemistry, food science, nutrition or related scientific degree
