Job Summary
A global equipment manufacturing company is seeking a Telecommute Interaction Manufacturing Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Produce and own detailed design artifacts like user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, and flowcharts
- Design and conduct product-specific research
- Manage a collection of customer insights and gather data to deepen our understanding of user needs, behaviors, and mental models
Position Requirements Include:
- B.A. in a related field with 3-5 years of related work experience in-house or at an agency
- Experience designing, conducting and documenting various forms of user research
- Experience partnering with designers, technologists, and product managers
- Fluent in relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as related to Web-based applications
- Proven ability to create site maps, wireframes, and other common UX design artifacts
