Job Summary
Zuri, a fast growing retailer and etailer, is looking for a talented person to join our eCommerce Sales & Support division. This position will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an incomparable customer experience throughout the shopping, purchasing and order fulfillment process. You will be a part of a fast growing company and must be comfortable working in a startup with unlimited potential to grow.
Responsibilities include:
Sales and support through website chat
Make outbound calls to potential commercial clients (Small businesses that are starting new offices, new home owners).
Respond to customer emails in a timely manner and follow up to ensure needs are met.
Work with a sense of urgency to ensure all customer contact is handled quickly and efficiently.
Interface with customers, internal teams and our suppliers to learn the customer's needs and become effective at meeting them.
Spend the majority of the day making phone calls and working on a computer.
Assist with customer support during busy times with high order and shipment volumes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-2 years of sales experience
MS Office experience
Should be self-motivated
Very strong communication skills
Solid problem solving skills
Auto CAD skills very beneficial
Passion for interior design very beneficial
