Job Summary

NATIONWIDE SEARCH
Sales Manager for indoor digital display systems will report to senior management at Danville IL HQ but may be located anywhere in US. Cities listed in job posting are examples only. Must have access to major airport and be comfortable flying frequently to visit customers, sites, and occasional visits to HQ for customer meetings.

The Interior Displays Systems Sales Manager will work with our current Territory Managers in addition to Watchfire's dealers and A/V companies, visiting locales throughout the USA to assist those customers in selling our latest technology in LED signs. An experienced Manager brings us a track record of B-to-B product sales, and a passion for technology nearly as strong as their experience in building relationships with long term customers.



THIS POSITION REQUIRES VERY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE, SELLING TO OR SELLING FOR the Indoor Digital Video Displays market as described. Experience with pop displays and similar does not meet this requirement.


Responsibilities

Lead the Watchfire sales effort in the Indoor Display Systems market and exceed company sales targets. Said market includes live events, control room suites, all interior informational and advertising displays, concert venues and arenas etc. These displays can be interconnected to multiple digital media devices to provide a wide range of experiences to the desired audience. Provide technical consultation and support to Watchfire territory managers and Watchfire sign dealers on Indoor Display projects.
Recommend to Watchfire leadership new products and product enhancements aimed at this market.
Quarterback Watchfire's response to formal RFPs involving Indoor Video Display projects, interpreting bid specifications and perform presales site visits, evaluate A/V solution needs and document information necessary to complete new quotes for future indoor signage installations and upgrades
Maintain relationships with Watchfire suppliers unique to the market.
Represent Watchfire at relevant Indoor Product industry trade shows.
As necessary, travel for on-site meetings with sign dealers and prospective end users.
Maintain awareness of relevant market knowledge and trends, including but not limited to: evolving display technologies and their usage, high-profile opportunities, pricing, and shifts in the competitive landscape.
Utilize CRM tools to record activity and manage sales pipeline.
Act as a role model and representative of the Watchfire culture, both internally and externally.
