Job Summary

A digital customer engagement services company is seeking a Telecommute Internal Communications and Community Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and executing internal communications
  • Driving and producing the internal communications and community event strategy
  • Producing original and engaging content like blog articles, videos, and digital events

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years of experience in internal communication ideally within the video game, digital media, the tech sector
  • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Possess relevant academic degree (communication, information science, journalism, etc.)
  • Experience and expertise in video shooting, editing, and streaming (Premiere, AfterEffect, OBS, XSplit, Mixer, Twitch, YouTube)
