A nonprofit is filling a position for a Telecommute Internal Communications Manager.

- Reviewing current internal communications work to identify new opportunities
- Providing recommendations for improvement
- Analyzing employee feedback mechanisms and interpret data to recommend best practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 4 years of experience working in communications with a focus on internal communications
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills and excel at using those skills to inform and inspire others
- Skilled at managing tight deadlines and working under pressure
- Ability to use your curiosity and journalistic skills to get great stories from team members
- Passionate commitment to and a sense of urgency for the support of schools
