Job Summary
An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Internal Controls Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading documentation of flowcharts and narratives
- Supporting the full management of ICFR
- Performing financial risk assessments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of SOX management experience
- At least 2 years in a public company environment
- Experience collaborating and working in a team environment
- Experience communicating with all levels of management
- Experience with Sarbanes Oxley implementation and oversight at a multi-national company
- Experience working with SEC clients in a public accounting environment or directly for, publicly traded companies
