Job Summary

A provider of telecommunications services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Internal Design Creative Lead in Las Vegas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading a small, fierce design team, providing leadership in the creative of brand-building ideas across a wide range of projects and channels through the lens of art, strategy, and technology
• Reviewing and optimizing the work your team produces, providing concept guidance and approvals, and managing and developing your team as creative problem solvers
• Utilizing experience in design across all media types, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience working at an internal creative agency
• Knowledge of marketing principles, industry best practices, branding
• Experience handling multiple campaigns simultaneously from concept to completion, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Four or more years of proven management experience leading and growing creative teams with junior, mid-level, and senior team members
