Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute International Development and Humanitarian Service Human Resources Associate.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate organisational change processes and advise managers
- Manage the end to end recruitment processes for staff whilst maintaining the highest standards of candidates
- Provide advice around implementation of company's staff guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in non-profit, non-governmental organizations, and international systems
- Experience providing remote support in Human Resources administration
- Passionate about humanitarian action and international development
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
- Post graduate qualification in International Relations, International Development or similar
