Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute International Development and Humanitarian Service Human Resources Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate organisational change processes and advise managers
  • Manage the end to end recruitment processes for staff whilst maintaining the highest standards of candidates
  • Provide advice around implementation of company's staff guidelines

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in non-profit, non-governmental organizations, and international systems
  • Experience providing remote support in Human Resources administration
  • Passionate about humanitarian action and international development
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
  • Post graduate qualification in International Relations, International Development or similar
